DRIFC • Casual, Organized, Frontier Ready

Deep Range Interstellar

Fleet Command
Deep Range Interstellar Fleet Command is a welcoming multi-role Star Citizen organization built for cargo, security, logistics, engineering, industry, exploration, and future base-building. We keep things casual and fun, but we can tighten up fast when serious operations call for it.

Command Brief

Founded by three independent, business-backed operators, DRIFC grew from trade and industrial support roots into a structured command with room for pilots, engineers, security personnel, haulers, explorers, and the occasional legend from the Sanitation Corps. We welcome new players, value teamwork, and keep the atmosphere fun without losing focus.

Mission

Build, defend, coordinate, and expand. DRIFC exists to create a dependable multi-role fleet that can move cargo, protect its own, and grow into future frontier and base-building operations.

Doctrine

Teamwork over ego, reliability over noise, and shared purpose over random chaos. We keep things relaxed day to day, but we can shift into serious event mode when operations demand it.

Culture

New players are welcome. Mics are preferred. Good communication, respect, and a willingness to learn go a long way here. We like strong coordination, a little personality, and an org people actually enjoy being part of.

Recruitment Fit

We built DRIFC to feel like a real org people actually want to stay in — welcoming enough for new players, structured enough for serious ops, and ambitious enough to grow into something meaningful.

New Player Friendly

Learn the game with people who want to help, not gatekeep. There is room here for first-day players and veterans alike.

Casual With Structure

Most nights stay relaxed and fun, but when events or operations matter, DRIFC can shift into organized mode quickly.

Multi-Role Growth

Security, cargo, engineering, trade, industrial support, exploration, and future base-building all have a place here.

Long-Term Vision

We are building toward more than random contracts. DRIFC is meant to become a real frontier command with staying power.

Operational Structure

Every member has a lane. Some keep the fleet moving, some hold the line, some build the future, and some perform regrettably necessary bathroom-related heroics.

Built for the Frontier

DRIFC was designed for the kind of org that can laugh on a casual night, then lock in for a convoy escort, security response, salvage push, or engineering-heavy op when it counts.

Our roots are in trade, logistics, and industrial support. Our direction is long-range coordination, cargo escort, exploration, security, and future base-building. If you want a group that can actually grow into something meaningful, this is where the foundation gets laid.

Recorded History

DRIFC was founded in 2952 and built to give trusted pilots, engineers, security-minded operators, and industrial crews a banner worth flying under.

History

What began as a small coalition rooted in trade, logistics, and industrial support grew into a command focused on organized fleet operations, frontier growth, and long-range plans for the future. DRIFC was built around the idea that no successful mission depends on one role alone.

Direction

Today, DRIFC is expanding into cargo escort, security, engineering support, exploration, and future base-building. We keep the culture approachable and fun while still creating a structure that helps members work together when serious operations are underway.

DRIFC fleet action

Recorded Operations

DRIFC is being built for the long haul: fleet actions, cargo movement, security response, industrial support, and whatever the frontier demands next. This command was never meant to be static. It was meant to scale.

Command Staff

Built by three founders, organized around clear roles, and driven by shared purpose. DRIFC leadership keeps the org welcoming, structured, and ready to scale as operations grow.

Fleet Command

Overall strategic direction, operational oversight, and the long-term vision of DRIFC as a frontier-ready multi-role organization.

Security Command

Convoy protection, response planning, defensive readiness, and keeping DRIFC assets, crews, and operations secure when things turn hostile.

Engineering & Logistics Command

Support coordination, resource movement, technical readiness, industrial planning, and the systems that keep the fleet moving.

One Command. Many Roles. Endless Range.

Recruitment Directive

If you want a welcoming org with structure, humor, and long-term ambition, DRIFC is actively recruiting pilots, security personnel, engineers, haulers, industrial operators, explorers, and support-minded players.

We’re Recruiting

DRIFC is recruiting pilots, security personnel, engineers, haulers, industrial operators, explorers, and support-minded players who want a welcoming org with structure, humor, and long-term ambition.

What We Want

Casual fun, good teamwork, mic preferred, respect for others, and a willingness to step up when an event calls for tighter coordination. New players are absolutely welcome.

How to Join

Jump into the Discord, introduce yourself, check the RSI org page, and tell us what role you want to grow into. Cargo runner, escort, builder, explorer, or something stranger — there’s room here.

Sanitation Annex

A respected and regrettably overworked division of DRIFC. Previous incidents were unfortunate, but highly educational.

Biohazard Division

The stars are vast, but someone still has to clean the bathroom. Our Sanitation Corps stands ready for zero-gravity waste containment, corridor recovery, and morale preservation.

Emergency Procedure

If containment fails: activate corridor fans, close all bulkheads, notify Engineering, and apologize in advance.

Motto

“The stars are vast, but someone still has to clean the bathroom.”

Containment Notice

Previous incidents were regrettable, but highly educational. DRIFC remains committed to corridor recovery and morale preservation.

Corps Status

Fully operational, underfunded, and tragically necessary.
